INFORMATION REGARDING THE SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAM
Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 28 November 2022 - Emak S.p.A. announces operations on treasury shares in the period from 21 November 2022 to 25 November 2022, with reference to the plan adopted with a resolution approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on 29 April 2022 (already disclosed to the market with a press release issued in date 29 April 2022) and started on 10 October 2022.
