INFORMATION REGARDING THE SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAM
Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 5 December 2022 - Emak S.p.A. announces operations on treasury shares in the period from 28 November 2022 to 2 December 2022, with reference to the plan adopted with a resolution approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on 29 April 2022 (already disclosed to the market with a press release issued in date 29 April 2022) and started on 10 October 2022.
Based on the information provided by the above-mentioned delegated intermediary, the following is a summary of the purchase transactions made on the Electronic Stock Market on a daily basis in aggregate and, in the Annex, in detail:
