INFORMATIVA RELATIVA ALLE OPERAZIONI SU AZIONI PROPRIE

Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 19 - dicembre 2022 - Emak S.p.A. comunica l'operatività su azioni proprie nel periodo dal giorno 12 dicembre 2022 al giorno 16 dicembre 2022, con riferimento al piano adottato con delibera approvata dall'Assemblea dei Soci in data 29 aprile 2022 (già oggetto di informativa al mercato con comunicato stampa diffuso in data 29 aprile 2022) ed avviato in data 10 ottobre 2022.

INFORMATION REGARDING THE SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAM

Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 19 December 2022 - Emak S.p.A. announces operations on treasury shares in the period from 12 December 2022 to 16 December 2022, with reference to the plan adopted with a resolution approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on 29 April 2022 (already disclosed to the market with a press release issued in date 29 April 2022) and started on 10 October 2022.

Based on the information provided by the above-mentioned delegated intermediary, the following is a summary of the purchase transactions made on the Electronic Stock Market on a daily basis in aggregate and, in the Annex, in detail:
