Pubblicazione della documentazione relativa all'Assemblea Ordinaria degli Azionisti e della Dichiarazione consolidata di carattere non finanziario

(Milano, segmento STAR), comunica che in data odierna sono stati depositati presso la sede sociale e sono altresì disponibili sul sito internet della Società www.emakgroup.it, sezione Investor Relations, e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket Storage", consultabile al sito internet "" i seguenti documenti per l'Assemblea ordinaria degli Azionisti convocata per il 29 aprile 2020:

• Relazione finanziaria annuale al 31/12/2019 ex art. 154-ter, comma 1, TUF, nonché le inerenti relazioni della Società di Revisione e del Collegio Sindacale;
• Relazione sul governo societario e gli assetti proprietari, ex art. 123-bis, TUF;
• Relazione sulla remunerazione ex art. 123-ter, TUF;
• le relazioni e proposte del Consiglio di Amministrazione sulle materie all'ordine del giorno dell'Assemblea;

Publication of documentation related to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting and of Consolidated Non-Financial Statement

Bagnolo in Piano (RE), March 30, 2020 - Emak S.p.A. (MTA, STAR), announces that today the following documents for the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, called on April 29, 2020, have been filed at the registered offices and are also available on the Company's website www.emakgroup.it, Investor Relations section as well as on the authorized central storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" consultable at the website, :

• Annual Financial Statement at 31/12/2019 pursuant to art. 154-ter, first paragraph, T.U.F., the related reports of the independent auditors and the Statutory Auditors;
• the Report on corporate governance and ownership structure, pursuant to art. 123-bis of the TUF;
• Report on the Remuneration, pursuant to art. 123-ter of the TUF;
• Reports and proposals of the Board of Directors on the items on the agenda of the Meeting;
• Consolidated Non-Financial Statement, prepared pursuant to Italian legislative decree 254/2016.

An update of the procedures relating to the transactions with related parties was also filed on the company's website pursuant to regulation approved by CONSOB with resolutions no. 17221 of 12/03/10 and n. 17389 of 23/06/10.
