Pubblicazione della documentazione relativa all'Assemblea Ordinaria degli Azionisti

Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 31 marzo 2017 - Emak S.p.A. (Milano, segmento STAR), comunica che in data odierna sono stati depositati presso la sede sociale e sono altresì disponibili sul sito internet della Società www.emak.it, sezione Investor Relations, e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket Storage", consultabile al sito internet "" i seguenti documenti per l'Assemblea ordinaria degli Azionisti convocata per il 28 aprile 2017:

• Relazione finanziaria annuale al 31/12/2016 ex art. 154-ter, comma 1, TUF, nonché le inerenti relazioni della Società di Revisione e del Collegio Sindacale;
• Relazione sul governo societario e gli assetti proprietari, ex art. 123-bis, TUF;
• Relazione sulla remunerazione ex art. 123-ter, TUF;

Si ricorda inoltre che sono stati depositati e resi disponibili nelle medesime forme il giorno 28 marzo 2017:

Il Gruppo commercializza i propri prodotti a livello mondiale attraverso 28 società, più di 150 distributori e oltre 30.000 rivenditori specializzati e conta 1.693 dipendenti. Nel 2016 il Gruppo ha realizzato vendite per 391,9 milioni di euro.

Publication of documentation related to the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting

Bagnolo in Piano (RE), March 31, 2017 - Emak S.p.A. (MTA, STAR), announces that today the following documents for the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting, called on April 28, 2017, have been filed at the registered offices and are also available on the Company's website www.emak.it, Investor Relations section as well as on the authorized central storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" consultable at the website, :

• Annual Financial Statement at 31/12/2016 pursuant to art. 154-ter, first paragraph, T.U.F., the related reports of the independent auditors and the Statutory Auditors;
• the Report on corporate governance and ownership structure, pursuant to art. 123-bis of the TUF
• Report on the Remuneration, pursuant to art. 123-ter of the TUF;

It has to be noted that in the same form on March 28, 2017 have been deposited and made available:

• Reports and proposals of the Board of Directors on the items on the agenda of the Meeting
• The notice of the shareholders' meeting, with the indications on the exercise of rights by shareholders;
