Ricavi consolidati 2022 a valori record: € 606,6 milioni

L'Amministratore Delegato Luigi Bartoli ha commentato: "Il Gruppo Emak chiude il 2022 con un risultato storico di vendite, superando per la prima volta i 600 milioni di Euro di fatturato, in crescita del 3% rispetto al 2021, traguardo tanto più importante considerando il difficile scenario esterno in cui è stato conseguito."

Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 27 gennaio 2023 – Emak S.p.A. comunica i ricavi consolidati preliminari relativi all'esercizio 2022, non ancora assoggettati a revisione contabile.

Il Gruppo ha registrato un fatturato consolidato di € 606,6 milioni rispetto a € 588,3 milioni dell'esercizio 2021, con una crescita del 3,1% (2,3% a parità di area di consolidamento).

A livello di settori operativi, il segmento Outdoor Power Equipment ha registrato un calo dell'1,3%, penalizzato sia dal meteo sfavorevole per i prodotti da giardinaggio sia dalla crisi dei consumi che ha determinato una riduzione delle vendite nel corso del secondo semestre. Il segmento Pompe e High Pressure Water Jetting ha chiuso l'anno con una crescita del 4,9% (3,4% a parità di area), con un andamento positivo dei prodotti per l'agricoltura e l'industria e un rallentamento di quelli per il cleaning. Il segmento Componenti e Accessori ha visto un incremento delle vendite del 6,3% (5,6% a parità di area), principalmente legato all'ottimo andamento dei prodotti per l'agricoltura.

Il 2022 è stato un anno eccezionale per il Gruppo, avendo raggiunto il suo massimo livello di fatturato. Questo nonostante uno scenario esterno sfavorevole che a partire dal terzo trimestre ha determinato un rallentamento delle vendite. L'inizio del 2023 continua ad essere impattato negativamente dall'incertezza del contesto globale. Conseguentemente, le aspettative del Gruppo per la prima parte dell'esercizio sono di realizzare un fatturato a livelli superiori rispetto alla storia recente, pur non replicando il primo trimestre record del 2022. Il Gruppo ha messo in atto le opportune azioni gestionali al fine di fronteggiare la situazione, proseguendo le iniziative volte a rafforzare il proprio posizionamento competitivo e mantenendo alta l'attenzione per eventuali opportunità di crescita per linee esterne.

Consolidated revenues in 2022 at record values: €606.6 million

The CEO Luigi Bartoli commented: "The Emak Group closes 2022 with a historic sales result, exceeding 600 million euros in turnover for the first time, up 3% compared to 2021, an even more important milestone considering the difficult external scenario in which it was achieved."

Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 27 January 2023 – Emak S.p.A. announces preliminary 2022 consolidated sales, not yet subject to auditing.

The Group recorded consolidated revenues of € 606.6 million compared to € 588.3 million in 2021, an increase of 3.1% (2.3% on like for like basis).

At operating segment level, the Outdoor Power Equipment segment recorded a decrease of 1.3%, penalized both by the unfavourable weather for gardening products and by the consumption crisis which led to a reduction in sales during the second half of the year. The Pumps and High Pressure Water Jetting segment closed the year with growth of 4.9% (3.4% on a like for like basis), with a positive trend in products for agriculture and industry and a slowdown in those for cleaning. The Components and Accessories segment saw an increase in sales of 6.3% (5.6% on a like-for-like basis), mainly linked to the excellent performance of agricultural products.

2022 was an exceptional year for the Group, having reached its highest level of turnover. This despite an unfavorable external scenario which, starting from the third quarter, led to a slowdown in sales. The beginning of 2023 continues to be negatively impacted by the uncertainty of the global context. Consequently, the Group's expectations for the first part of the year are to achieve higher turnover than in recent history, although not repeating the record first quarter of 2022. The Group has implemented the appropriate management actions in order to deal with the situation, continuing the initiatives aimed at strengthening its competitive positioning and keeping a close eye on any opportunities for external growth.
