Fjordkraft Holding ASA: Exercise of employee share options
Employees in the Company have on 12 November 2021 exercised 4 000 options. The options had an average strike price of NOK 24.30. Each share option corresponds to one share. Pursuant to authorization granted by the Company’s Annual General Meeting the Company’s share capital will be increased by NOK 1200 by issuing 4 000 new shares, of par value NOK 0.30. Following the increase, the Company’s share capital is NOK 34 290 540 divided into 114 301 800 shares.
The payment has been determined based on a selling price of NOK 48.7074.
