FJORDKRAFT HAS COMPLETED THE ACQUISITION OF SWITCH NORDIC GREEN

Reference is made to the announcement made by Fjordkraft Holding ASA on 29 October 2020, regarding the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Switch Nordic Green AB.

Fjordkraft has completed the acquisition today.
