Number of Elisa Shares Increases Trough Subscription 2007C Option Rights

ELISA STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT 19 JUNE 2013 AT 10.20 a.m. From 7 March 2013 to 31 May 2013, a total of 330,478 new Elisa shares have been subscribed with 2007C option rights. Subscription price, EUR 2.9 million has been booked into Elisa's reserve for invested non-restricted equity. The corresponding increase in the number Elisa shares has been entered into the Finnish Trade Register on 19 June 2013. The shares are entitled to dividends and have the same shareholder rights as the old shares. Trading of the new shares will begin on 20 June 2013 in NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd. The number of Elisa's share after the increase is 167,504,660. Elisa's 2007C stock options rights program has ended.
