ELISA STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 24 DECEMBER 2015 AT 17:30 PM

Elisa Corporation (ELI1V) has received the following notice in accordance with
Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Market Act:

According to the notification the total number of Elisa Corporation shares
owned directly or through financial instruments by BlackRock Inc. and its funds
decreased on 24 December 2015 below five (5) per cent of Elisa Corporation’s
entire stock.

Total number of Elisa shares is 167,335,073 and each share carries one voting
right.
