Elisa Corporation (ELI1V) has received the following notice in accordance with
Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Market Act:

According to the notification the total number of Elisa Corporation shares
owned directly or through financial instruments by BlackRock, Inc. and its
funds increased on 28 December 2015 above five (5) per cent of Elisa
Corporation’s entire stock.

Total number of Elisa shares is 167,335,073 and each share carries one voting
right.
