Elisa continues a tender offer for Anvia shares until 6 May 2016

ELISA STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 22 APRIL 2016 11:50 AM Elisa has made a tender offer to all shareholders in Anvia at a price of EUR 2,000 per share. Elisa continues the tender offer that began on 8 February 2016 with same terms until 6 May 2016 at 6:00 pm. Elisa is the biggest shareholder in Anvia. The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority approved in 2015 the transaction in which Elisa gains a control over Anvia.
