Anvia's Extraordinary General Meeting has approved sale of ICT businesses to Elisa

ELISA STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 29 JUNE 2016 6:12 PM

Anvia Oyj’s Extraordinary General Meeting has approved sale of Anvia’s ICT
businesses to Elisa. The sold businesses include Anvia’s telecom business, IT
and hosting businesses as well as parts of TV business.

The deal will be closed on 1 July 2016, from which the sold companies, Anvia
Telecom Oy, Anvia IT-palvelut Oy, Anvia Hosting Oy, Anvia TV Oy and Watson
Nordic Oy will be consolidated into Elisa.
