The amount of Elisa’s Eurobond tender is confirmed

ELISA STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 21 FEBRUARY 2019 AT 4:30 PM

Tender offer for Elisa’s Eurobond announced on 13 February 2019 is confirmed.

Elisa purchased the 2021 bonds issued in 2013 with nominal value EUR 126,036,000.00. The Purchase Price is 105,067%.

Settlement date is expected to be 25 February 2019.

The tender offer was made through NatWest Markets and Nordea Bank Abp.
