ELISA ENTERED INTO A EUR 120 MILLION LOAN

ELISA STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 29 JULY 2011 AT 4.50pm Elisa has 29 July 2011 signed a EUR 120 million long-term loan agreement with European Investment Bank. The loan can be drawn in several tranches.
