New responsibilities in Elisa's Executive Board to strengthen strategy implementation

ELISA STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 19 JUNE 2014 AT 11:15 AM As part of strengthening Elisa's strategy Pasi Mäenpää has been appointed to Executive Vice President, Business Development being responsible for Corporate Customers' new business, and to CEO of Elisa's subsidiary Videra. Today he works as head of Corporate Customers business. Pasi Mäenpää continues as the member of the Elisa's Executive Board and reports to CEO Veli-Matti Mattila. Harri Martinmäki, founder and CEO of Videra will complete his duty after 20 years of resultful leadership. He wishes all the best to Videra in the future. Timo Katajisto has been appointed to Executive Vice President, Corporate Customers. He has worked as head of Production at Elisa since 2008. Timo Katajisto is a member of the Elisa's Executive Board and reports to Veli-Matti Mattila. M.Sc. (Tech.), MBA Vesa-Pekka Nikula (50) has been appointed to Executive Vice President, Production. Vesa-Pekka Nikula is today responsible for Consumer Customers customer services. He will be a member of the Elisa's Executive Board and reports to Veli-Matti Mattila.
