Sayona Mining Limited (ASX:SYA) – Appendix 3X – Late Lodgement Notice

Sayona Mining Limited (“ Sayona ” or the “ Company ”) annexes an Appendix 3X (Initial Director’s Interest Notice) for Mr. Lucas Dow in relation to his appointment as a Director on 14 February 2024 (“ Appendix 3X ”).

In relation to the late lodgement of the annexed Appendix 3X, Sayona advises as follows:

• (1) The Appendix 3X was lodged late due to an inadvertent administrative oversight. As soon as the oversight was identified, the Appendix 3X was lodged with ASX.

• (2) The Company and the Directors are aware of their obligations under ASX Listing Rules 3.19A and 3.19B to provide the necessary information to the Company to meet its disclosure requirements. The Company has a letter of appointment in place with each director which sets out the requirements to notify the Company of changes in interests; and

• (3) The Company considers the late lodgement of the Appendix 3X to be an isolated incident and believes that its current disclosure arrangements are adequate and are being enforced to ensure compliance with the ASX Listing Rules.
