Request for Voluntary Suspension

Sayona Mining Limited (SYA) requests that its securities go into voluntary suspension pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2 pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising by the Company.

SYA requests that the suspension remain in place until such time as it makes an announcement to the market regarding the capital raising. The Company expects to be in a position to commence normal trading by 19 April 2018.

SYA is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted. Should you have any queries please contact us.
