TRADING HALT
The securities of Sayona Mining Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 7 August 2015.

RE: REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Sayona Mining Limited (SYA) requests an immediate Trading Halt on its securities pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending the release of an announcement regarding the results of the Company’s institutional offer (forming part of the Company’s rights issue as announced today).
SYA requests that the Trading Halt remain in place until such time as it makes an announcement to the market regarding the proposed acquisition and capital raising but in any event not beyond the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 7 August 2015.
SYA is not aware of any reason why the Trading Halt should not be granted.
