DIRECTOR RESIGNATION
Sayona Mining Limited (ASX:SYA) advise that it has received letters of resignation from non-executive directors Mr Peter van Riet-Lowe and Mr Wayne Osterberg, effective immediately.
Messrs van Riet-Lowe and Osterberg have been directors since November 2009 and played a major role in the development and implementation of the initial recovery plan of the Company. They have also played an important role in maintaining support for the Company from its Botswana shareholders.
The Company thanks Messrs van Riet-Lowe and Osterberg for the service they have provided and wish them every success in the future.
