Elektroimportøren AS: Receipt of subscription rights in the subsequent offering by primary insider

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published 19 March 2024 regarding the launch of a subsequent offering ("Subsequent Offering") by Elektroimportøren AS ("Elektroimportøren" or the "Company") and registration of a national prospectus.

In relation to the Subsequent Offering, subscription rights have been allocated to one of the Company' primary insiders, Kjersti Helene Krokeide Hobøl.

Elektroimportøren refers to the attached notification for persons discharging managerial responsibilities in the company in accordance with Regulation EU 596/2014 (MAR) article 19.
