Elektroimportøren AS: Exercise of subscription rights in the subsequent offering by primary insider

5 April 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published 20 March 2024 regarding the receipt of subscription rights by a primary insider of the Company in connection with the commencement of the subscription period of the subsequent offering ("Subsequent Offering") by Elektroimportøren AS ("Elektroimportøren" or the "Company"). Each subscription right gives the right to subscribe for and be allocated one offer share in the Subsequent Offering, at the subscription of NOK 7,50 per offer share.

Today, the Company has been informed that board member Kjersti Helene Krokeide Hobøl has exercised 6,972 subscription rights and consequently been allocated 6,972 Offer Shares. Following completion of the Subsequent Offering, Kjersti Helene Krokeide Hobøl will hold 20,581 shares.

Elektroimportøren refers to the attached notification for persons discharging managerial responsibilities in the company in accordance with Regulation EU 596/2014 (MAR) article 19.
