6,568,923 shares in Elektroimportøren AS were today resolved to be transferred from Aeternum Capital AS to ACapital ELIMP HoldCo AS as a capital contribution in kind. Aeternum Capital AS is managed by Aeternum Management AS. ACapital ELIMP HoldCo AS is a 100% owned subsidiary of Aeternum Capital AS. Consequently, no change of beneficial ownership to the shares in Elektroimportøren AS occurs as a result of the transfer, only the direct holder of the shares.

ACapital ELIMP HoldCo AS and Aeternum Capital AS are closely associated persons of Vegard Søraunet and Gaute Gillebo, both board members and primary insiders in Elektroimportøren AS. Please see attached forms for further details.
