Notice is hereby given that the 35" Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Members of Electrotherm (India) Limited ("Company") will be held on Monday, 6" December, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM") to transact the businesses, as set out in the Notice convening 35" AGM.

DEMAND NOTICE

Whereas the borrowers/co-borrowers mentioned hereunder had availed the financial assistance from Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited. ("DHFL"). Pursuant to the Deed of Assignment dated 14th June 2019, DHFL transferred and assigned the financial assets and other rights in favour of the Securitisation Trust. Subsequently, the Securitisation Trust appointed SBFC Finance Private Limited to do all such acts including enforcement of underlying securities. We state that despite having availed the financial assistance, the borrowers/mortgagors have committed various defaults in repayment of interest and principal amounts as per due dates. रीभोट ઈ-वोटींगनो प्रारंभ शुडवार, ०३ डीसेम्બर, २०२१ सवारनां ०५:०० વાગ્યાથી થશે અને રવિવાર, oપ ડીસેમ્બર, ૨૦૨૧ સાંજના ov.oo વાગ્યે પૂર્ણ થશે. ઉપર દર્શાવેલ તારીખ અને સમય ઉપરાંત રીમોટ ઈ-વોટીંગ કરવા દેવાશે નહી. જે વ્યક્તિનું નામ કટ ઓફ તારીખ એટલે કે ૨૯મી નવેમ્બર, ૨૦૨૧ના રોજ સભ્યોના પત્રક (રજીસ્ટર)માં અથવા લાભકર્તા માલિકના પત્રક (રજીસ્ટર)માં છે તેવા સભ્યોને જ રીમોટ ઈ-વોટીંગ અથવા એજીએમમાં ઈ-વોટીંગની સવલત પ્રાપ્ત કરાવાશે.
