Further to the immediate report published by the Company on January 2, 2022 (Reference No.: 2022-01-000138),
Multifamily Housing in the USA:
Fifth Fund for Investments in Multifamily Housing:
As of the reporting date, the Fifth Fund for Investments in Multifamily Housing holds 420 housing units, in one multifamily complex in the Southeast USA, with a total equity investment volume of approximately \$17.35 million (the Fund's share).
The total commitments signed in connection with the Fifth Fund for Investments in Multifamily Housing in the USA up to the date of this report amount to approximately 410 million (including commitments in the amount of \$15 million raised from a Co-Investor Partner).

As of the reporting date, the Company holds and manages 30,624 housing units, in 100 multifamily complexes in the Southeast USA.
SFR-BTR Investment Partnerships:
As of the reporting date, the Company holds (together with limited partners, through 25 partnerships) and manages as a managing partner (GP) 4,243 single-family homes, mainly in the Southeast USA, with a total transaction volume (100%) of approximately \$1.2 billion and invested capital (100%) of approximately \$473 million.
In addition, as of this reporting date, the held company invested a total of approximately \$11.7 million for the acquisition of lands, deposits, and advances for the construction and acquisition of additional future homes.
SFR-BTR Rental Single-Family Home Investment Fund:
As of the reporting date, the SFR-BTR Rental Single-Family Home Investment Fund holds four complexes which are expected to include 451 homes, of which, as of the reporting date, 167 homes were received. The capital invested for the homes received stands at a total of approximately \$31.1 million (the Fund's share).
In addition, as of this reporting date, the Fund invested a total of approximately 25 million for deposits and advances for the acquisition of 667 additional future homes (out of which, deposits totaling \$7.5 million are for the acquisition of the remaining 284 homes in the four acquisition transactions performed).

The total commitments signed in connection with the fund for investment in single-family rental homes (SFR-BTR) until the date of this report amount to a total of approximately \$232 million (due to technical regulatory limitations applying to institutional entities that invested in the fund, as of today, the effective scope of commitments is low relative to the total signed commitments. Future fundraising, to the extent it materializes, may release these limitations).
Debt funds for financing multi-family housing in the USA:
As of the report date, the two debt funds for financing multi-family housing in the USA hold 53 transactions with a total investment volume of approximately \$628 million.
Investment fund in the UK:
As of the report date, the investment fund in the UK holds three office buildings with a total equity investment volume of approximately £50.4 million (the fund's share).
The total commitments signed in connection with the investment fund in the UK as of the date of this report amount to a total of approximately £124 million, as well as approximately £11 million raised from Co Investors Partners, for a total raised amount of approximately £135 million.
Private Hotel REIT:
As of the report date, the private hotel REIT holds 7 hotels, containing approximately 1,340 rooms, with a total investment volume of approximately \$556 million.
The total commitments signed in connection with the hotel REIT as of the date of this report amount to a total of approximately \$745 million (due to technical regulatory limitations applying to institutional entities that invested in the hotel REIT, as of today, the effective scope of commitments is low relative to the total signed commitments. Future fundraising, to the extent it materializes, may release these limitations).
