Elders Limited ASX Ticker Code

At the Annual General Meeting of Elders Limited held on Thursday 18 December 2014, Elders’ ordinary shareholders approved a resolution to consolidate every 10 shares into 1 share.

Following that approval, Elders’ ordinary shares are currently trading post consolidation on the ASX on a deferred settlement basis under the ASX ticker code ELDDA.

Normal T+3 trading in the consolidated shares will commence on the ASX on 6 January 2015 following completion of the consolidation mechanics.

The full consolidation timetable is set out in the Notice of Meeting for the Annual General Meeting released to the ASX on 17 November 2014.
