Company Secretary Appointment

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Elders Limited ( ASX:ELD ) is pleased to announce that Ms Jordan Mehrtens has been appointed as a Company Secretary of the Company effective 1 May 2026. Ms Mehrtens has served as the Assistant Company Secretary since 26 May 2025.

Ms Shannon Doecke remains principal Company Secretary of the Company.
