Elders Completes Share Consolidation

At the 2009 Annual General Meeting of the Company, held on Friday 18 December 2009, shareholders approved a resolution authorising the consolidation of the issued capital of Elders Limited on a ten to one basis.

The consolidation of shares has been completed, and Elders Limited now has 448,598,480 ordinary shares on issue.

The Company confirms that it has completed the dispatch of holding statements to shareholders advising them of the consolidation of their shareholdings.
