Elders Notes Ruralco Stake Acquisition

Elders Limited (ASX:ELD, “Elders”) announced today that Ruralco Holdings Limited (“Ruralco”) has acquired an economic interest of 10.1% in Elders.

Elders notes that Ruralco has stated it has no current intention of making a takeover bid.

Elders remains fully committed to the execution of its strategic plan and continues to believe that it has the capacity to create significant value for all shareholders well above the current share price.
