SUSPENSION FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION

The Elders Hybrid Securities (“Hybrids”) of Elders Limited (the “Company”) will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading today, Friday 17 March 2017, at the request of the Company and in accordance with listing rule 17.2, in anticipation of the realisation of the Hybrids on 30 March 2017.

All other quoted securities of the Company are not affected by this suspension.
