Elders and Rural Bank

Further to its announcement on 12 December 2023, Elders Limited ( ASX:ELD ) advises that Elders and Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited (ASX: BEN) have executed a deed terminating the Relationship Agreement between them.

Under the deed, Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited will pay Elders $A17m within 7 days of today and the Relationship Agreement will terminate on the date of payment.
