Release of Shares from Voluntary Escrow

Elders Limited ( ASX:ELD ) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A and pursuant to the scheme implementation deed between Elders and AIRR Holdings Limited (released to ASX on 15 July 2019), 3,163,430 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from voluntary escrow on 13 November 2021.

These shares are already quoted on ASX.
