Divestment of New Zealand Division

Further to its announcement dated 24 July 2014, Elders (ASX: ELD) confirms that it has today completed the sale of its New Zealand division. The proceeds from the transaction, which produces an immaterial profit outcome, will be applied to debt reduction.
