Futuris Corporation Limited – Cleansing Statement

Futuris Corporation Limited (ASX: FCL) ( Futuris ) seeks to rely on section 708A(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Act of the following details:

• Futuris issued 11,201,544 fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) on 3 April 2008 as part of the underwriting arrangements for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan announced on 15 February 2008;

• Futuris issued the Shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

• as at the date of this notice, Futuris has complied with:

  • the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to Futuris; and

  • section 674 of the Act; and

• as at the date of this notice, there is no information to be disclosed that is ‘excluded information’ within the meaning of section 708A(7) of the Act.
