ITC Land Settlement Completed

Futuris Corporation Limited advises that settlement of the sale of properties from ITC Timberlands Pty Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Futuris group of companies) to the Agricultural Land Trust (formerly Westralia Property Trust) was completed today. Proceeds of the settlement of $90.25 million will be applied to debt reduction.
