Resignation of Director

Elders Limited ( ASX:ELD ) announces that Ms Diana Eilert has tendered her resignation as a NonExecutive Director effective 30 September 2023.

Elders’ Chair, Ian Wilton, said “The Board of Elders thanks Diana for her service and her very valuable contributions since her appointment in November 2017. We look forward to working with her until she leaves and wish her well in her future endeavours.

"The existing process of board renewal is well advanced. New director appointments are expected to be announced before the end of Elders’ financial year."
