Acting CFO Appointment

Further to its ASX announcement yesterday, Elders Limited ( ASX:ELD ) announces that it has appointed Mr Paul Rossiter as Acting Chief Financial Officer while it conducts a search for a permanent appointment.

Paul is an experienced finance, accounting and risk management professional in the fields of banking, financial markets and agriculture. He is currently Elders' Group Treasurer.

Paul joined Elders in 2004 and has been Group Treasurer since 2012. Prior to joining Elders, Paul worked for employers in the finance sector including Credit Suisse in Sydney and Morgan Stanley in London.

Paul is a Certified Practising Accountant, with a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of South Australia, and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA).
