Non-Executive Director Appointment

Elders Limited (ASX:ELD) advises that it has appointed an additional non-executive director, Mr Matthew Quinn. Mr Quinn joins the Board of Elders with effect from today, having established his fitness and propriety to act as a director of Elders.

Mr Quinn has strong non-executive director experience in the Australian listed company environment. His current non-executive director positions are at CSR Limited, Class Limited (Chairman) and Regis Healthcare Limited. He is also Chairman of unlisted TSA Management Holdings Limited.

Matthew was the Managing Director of Stockland between 2000 and 2013.

Elders Chair, Ian Wilton, said that Matthew’s track record of driving transformational change will be a valuable addition to the Board.

“Matthew has strong leadership skills with an impressive performance running the Stockland business. His acumen and experience will help to guide Elders in developing its long-term strategic goals.”

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Chemistry with Management (First Class Honours) from Imperial College London. He is also a Chartered Accountant.

Matthew lives in NSW and has an active interest in the agricultural sector.
