Company Secretary Changes

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Elders Limited (ASX: ELD) is pleased to announce that Ms Shannon Doecke has been appointed a Company Secretary of the Company effective 1 July 2020. Ms Doecke has served as the Company’s Assistant Company Secretary since April 2019.

Ms Sanjeeta Singh will resign as a Company Secretary with effect from 1 July 2020. The Board thanks Ms Singh for her contribution as Joint Company Secretary and looks forward to continuing to work with her in her ongoing capacity as the Company’s Head of Risk, Safety and Environment.

Mr Peter Hastings remains principal Company Secretary of the Company.
