Director Resignation

Elders Limited (ASX: ELD) today announces that Mr Michael Carroll has resigned as a director with immediate effect. The Company intends to appoint a new non-executive director in due course.

Elders Limited Chair, Mr Ian Wilton, commented, “On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Mike for his contribution and wish him well in his future endeavours”.

An announcement regarding appointment of a new non-executive director will be made as soon as the new appointment has been finalised.
