Resignation and Appointment of Joint Company Secretary

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Elders Limited (ASX: ELD) advises that Ms Nina Abbey has resigned as joint Company Secretary with effect from today.

Ms Abbey also leaves the role of Head of Risk, Safety and Assurance, to take an operational role in the Company. The Board thanks Ms Abbey for her contribution as Company Secretary and wishes her success in her new role.

The Board is pleased to announce that Ms Sanjeeta Singh has been appointed joint Company Secretary with effect from today. Ms Singh has held the role of Assistant Company Secretary for the past 6 years and has over 9 years of governance experience within the Company.

Ms Singh has also been appointed an officer responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to listing rule matters as required under ASX Listing Rule 12.6.
