Director retirement

Elders Limited today announces that Ms Josephine Rozman has retired as a director. The Company expects to appoint a new non-executive director in the near future.

Elders Limited Chairman, Mr Mark Allison, commented, “Josephine Rozman has been a director since 2011 and has contributed significantly during a time of change and challenge for the Company. On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Ms Rozman for her contribution and wish her well for her future endeavours”.

An announcement regarding a new non-executive director will be made as soon as the new appointment has been finalised.
