Resignation of Joint Company Secretary

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Elders Limited (ASX:ELD) advises that Ms Sarah Jane Graves has resigned as joint Company Secretary with effect from today.

Ms Graves was the Company’s Group Solicitor with responsibility for the legal function of the automotive business which was sold by the Company on 30 August.

The Board thanks Ms Graves for her contributions to the Company and wishes her success in her future endeavours.
