Appointment of Joint Company Secretary

The Board of Elders Limited (ASX: ELD) announces that Ms Sarah Jane Graves has been re-appointed joint Company Secretary effective from today.

Ms Graves previously served as joint company secretary having resigned earlier this year to take parental leave from which she has now returned.

Ms Graves has also been appointed an officer responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to listing rule matters as required under ASX Listing Rule 12.6.
