Appointment of Joint Company Secretary

In accordance with the ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, the Board of Elders Limited (ASX: ELD) is pleased to announce that Ms Sarah Jane Graves has been appointed joint Company Secretary effective from today.

Ms Graves has also been appointed an officer responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to listing rule matters as required under ASX Listing Rule 12.6.
