Non-Executive Director Appointments

As foreshadowed in its announcement to the ASX on 30 September 2011, Elders Limited (ASX:ELD) advises the appointment today of two non-executive directors, Ms Anna Buduls and Ms Josephine Rozman.

In accordance with the requirements of the Corporations Act and the Company’s constitution, both Ms Buduls and Ms Rozman will stand for election as non-executive directors at the Company’s 2011 Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday 20 December 2011.
