Change of Company Secretary

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.1 Elders Limited hereby advises the resignations of Mr Ross Mallett and Ms Sonya Furey from their positions as Joint Company Secretaries as of 26 February 2010.

Mr Peter Hastings is appointed Company Secretary with effect from today and also the officer responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to listing rule matters as required by Listing Rule 12.6 effective from Friday 26 February 2010.
