Retirement of Chairman and appointment of John Ballard

Elders (ASX:ELD) advises, as foreshadowed in its announcement to the ASX of 16 July 2010, that Mr Stephen Gerlach AM has retired as Chairman and director.

As previously advised, Chairman-designate Mr John Ballard has been appointed a director and the Chairman of the Company.
