Change of Joint Company Secretary

As per ASX LR3.16.1 Futuris Corporation Limited wishes to advise the resignation of Mr Michael Sadlon from the position of Secretary who is replaced by Mr Ross Mallett. Mr Michael Sadlon continues as Director Corporate.

Mr Mallet has also been appointed an officer responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to listing rule matters as required by ASX LR12.6.

Ms Sonya Furey continues in her role as a Secretary and along with Mr Mallett is a principal contact for Futuris Corporation Limited.
