Appointment of Managing Director

On 29 September 2008 the Company announced the appointment of Malcolm Jackman as Chief Executive of Futuris Corporation Limited and advised that he would also be appointed as Managing Director following the completion of certain formalities.

These requirements have now been completed and Mr Jackman has been appointed as Managing Director with effect from 20 October 2008.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.19A we enclose an Appendix 3X advising Mr Jackman’s interests in the Company at the date of his appointment as Managing Director.
